Servo drives of well-known brands are used in the feeder, gluing and conveyor belts, which can be infinitely variable,
high-precision, easy to adjust, and save time; the positioning part uses image positioning systems and robots to grab parts
to improve positioning accuracy and efficiency, and the error range can reach ±0.05mm, and the positioning and debugging
speed is faster; the forming machine adopts THK linear guide rail and virtual electronic cam drive, which is more stable and
wear-resistant, and the movement is smoother, and the size range of folding depth and folding ear length is also larger.
